Corporate Business Controller – 40 hours – Utrecht

In this role, you will directly report to the CFO and collaborate closely with different departments supporting the business with in-depth analysis and valuable insights. You will be part of the Corporate Business Control team working from the headquarters in Utrecht. You will provide the Management Board with valuable insights and present the results of your analyses. Your efforts will help to continue the advancements in the global organisation.

Your responsibilities will be

  • Contribute to the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company and assist in reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret financial and business data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to verify data and enhance comprehension.
  • Provide support and counsel to members of the Management Board by suggesting potential scenarios and delivering proactive conclusions drawn from analysis.
  • Manage internal management reporting procedures and enhance reporting mechanisms tailored to project-based operations, offering visibility into project profitability and regional performance.
  • Participate in regional business enhancement initiatives, encompassing both financial and non-financial aspects.
  • Respond promptly to ad-hoc information requests from senior management.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, (preferably within an international project business environment).
  • Thorough experience in building and analyzing management reports and developing KPIs.
  • Proactive, high-performing and a strong team orientation.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong affinity with IT systems, preferably Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SAP.
