Customer Service Employee – 40 hours – Roosendaal
As a Customer Service Employee, you play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our valued logistics clients. You act as a crucial link between the client and the organization, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of administrative processes.
About the company
Our client is a major logistics service provider, active in air and sea freight, among other areas. They are globally recognized for their expertise in warehousing and freight forwarding (rail, road, air, and sea transport).
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key logistics clients, maintaining strong relationship;
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, the warehouse, recipients, and carriers;
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide proactive support;
- Accurately process and manage administrative tasks;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize service levels.
What do we expact?
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. both written and spoken;
- MBO Level 4 working and thinking skills;
- Minimum of 2 yearswroking expererience in a customer service role;
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Word and advanced skills in Excel;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
